Where LiveJam actually stands

The LiveJam desktop app — scene design, audio routing, the live audience feed described below — is still in development and not yet available to download. Everything on this page describes the plan we're building toward, not something you can install today.

How LiveJam works

🎛

Build your scenes

Design visual scenes for every moment of your set — intro, verses, chorus, breakdown, encore. Each scene holds your projection layout, lighting cues, and audio routing.

📡

Connect your audience

Link to your Jam Engine fan page and your audience can send song requests, chat live, and tip in real time. LiveJam pulls all of it directly into your production view.

Let the crowd drive the show

Tip amounts and request volume feed into your scenes automatically. A big tip? Trigger a lighting change. A song surges in requests? It rises to the top of your queue.

🎬

Run a professional production

Switch scenes, manage your setlist, route audio, and monitor your audience feed — all from one desktop interface, purpose-built for live performance.

Your audience in the room — and in the app

Link LiveJam to your Jam Engine fan page and your audience becomes part of the show. They request songs, send tips, and chat — and it all surfaces live inside your production view, ranked and ready to act on.

No fan page? No problem. LiveJam runs fully standalone with zero internet required. You can always connect one later, or create a free artist page from inside the app.

Questions

Do I need a Jam Engine artist page to use LiveJam?

No. LiveJam works completely standalone — you get full scene design, setlist management, and audio routing without an internet connection. The fan page link is optional and enables the live audience feed (requests, chat, tips).

How does the audience send requests and tips?

Through your public Jam Engine fan page. Fans visit your page, tap the request button, choose a song, and optionally add a tip. LiveJam polls your page every few seconds and surfaces everything in your production view.

What hardware does LiveJam work with?

LiveJam runs on Mac and Windows. It connects to any audio interface your OS recognises, and outputs visuals to any display you can plug in. No proprietary hardware required.

How much does it cost?

LiveJam is $15/month as your first Jam Engine Studio module. Add FilmJam for $5/month more. Cancel anytime — your scenes, setlists, and show history are never deleted.
